The Founding member, Colin Stoner, has 22 years of experience with licensure in Missouri, Kansas and North Dakota. Mr. Stoner spent 20 of those years as general counsel for a group of companies with over $1B in sales (customers include private industry, US government, state government, Utility Companies and Oil & Gas Companies).
